For out of state transfer, a title or current registration, a smog check from the state of California, and a VIN verification form. (We can help you get that)

For salvage cars we need a title, smog, break and lights, a VIN verification from the DMV directly.

For lien sales, we need the lien sale paperwork, and smog.
