Do I need an appointment?

We serve both walk-ins and appointments. Visit us anytime during business hours or schedule a visit at your convenience.

Where is Morb Auto Registration located?

271 S Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004. Parking is available on site.

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Vehicle Registration Services

Can I register a vehicle from out of state?

Yes! Bring your out-of-state title and registration, California ID, proof of insurance, and the vehicle. We take care of the rest.

Do you handle title transfers?

Absolutely. Just bring the signed title, a valid ID, and the REG 343 form. We’ll make it easy for you.

Do you offer duplicate titles and plates?

Yes, we issue duplicate titles, registrations, stickers, and license plates. Bring your ID and vehicle info to begin.

Can you do VIN verifications?

Yes. We perform DMV-approved VIN checks on-site—no DMV wait times required.

Can I renew my registration with you?

Yes. Bring your renewal notice, proof of insurance, and payment. If a smog is required, we’ll guide you through the process.

Payment & Refunds

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, CashApp and Venmo. All payments must be made before service begins.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Once DMV processing starts, all payments are final due to state processing regulations.
